The MA in Media Design at HEAD – Genève addresses the technological and societal challenges generated by artificial intelligence and new interfaces.

Our program creates new applications for contemporary technology in the fields of machine learning, smart devices, games, kinetic typography, and immersive experiences.

Our process is based on a fine understanding of user experience issues, as well anticipating the impact of digital technologies on future societies. With a strong focus on tools and technical skills, we promote a diversity of approaches: speculative, experimental, applied or playful.

We work with key actors in the industry at national and international level. In the past years we collaborated with EPFL Reconfigurable Robots Lab, EPFL ArtLab, Renault, Tissot, UNAIDS, Kikk festival, MEG, CERN, SIHH, Bodmer Lab, among many others.
